1. The annual ceiling for EAGF expenditure shall be constituted by the maximum amounts set for it under Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2020/2093. 2. Where Union law provides for sums to be deducted from, or added to, the amounts referred to in paragraph 1, the Commission shall adopt implementing acts without applying the procedure referred to in Article 103 setting the net balance available for EAGF expenditure on the basis of the data referred to in Union law. |
