1. Unless stated otherwise, and where a consensus cannot be reached, the College shall take its decisions by a majority of its members. 2. Each member shall have one vote. In the absence of a voting member, the deputy shall be entitled to exercise the right to vote subject to the conditions set out in Article 7(7). In the absence of the deputy, the Assistant shall also be entitled to exercise the right to vote subject to the conditions set out in Article 7(7). |
