Council Regulation (EC) No 1035/2001 of 22 May 2001 establishing a catch documentation scheme for Dissostichus spp. article 16 CELEX: 02001R1035-20061006 Member States shall take all necessary measures to ensure that each shipment of Dissostichus spp. re-exported from their territory is accompanied by the re-export-validated catch document or documents corresponding to the total amount of Dissostichus spp. contained in the shipment.
A re-export-validated catch document shall follow the specimen shown in Annex III and contain the information specified in Article 19. |
