Council Regulation (EEC) No 223/85 of 29 January 1985 on the conclusion of the Agreement on fisheries between the European Economic Community, on the one hand, and the Government of Denmark and the local Government of Greenland, on the other article 3 CELEX: 31985R0223 The competent authorities of the Community shall, in due course, notify the authorities responsible for (1) OJ No L 378, 31.12.1982, p. 25. Greenland of the names, registration numbers and other essential characteristics of fishing vessels which may be authorized to fish within the area of fisheries jurisdiction of Greenland. The authorities responsible for Greenland shall then issue to vessels designated by the Community licences commensurate with the fishing possibilities granted in accordance with Article 2. |
