Council Regulation (EEC) No 1890/84 of 26 June 1984 introducing special measures of Community interest relating to energy strategy article 11 CELEX: 31984R1890 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
