1. The Commission shall submit to the European Parliament and the Council, by 15 March 2013, a report on the application of this Directive assessing progress made in attaining its objective as well as, where appropriate, any suitable proposal. 2. Member States and the Commission shall cooperate in the application of this Directive, particularly as regards the collection of information for the report referred to in paragraph 1. |
