1. Member States shall communicate to the Commission, not later than two years after the adoption of the implementing act referred to in paragraph 2 and every year thereafter, data concerning the application of this Regulation. Following the communication from the Member States, the Commission shall draw up annually a summary report and make it available to the public. 2. The Commission shall, by means of implementing acts, determine the output indicators on the basis of which Member States are to communicate the data referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 46(3). |
