Council Regulation (EC) No 1671/2003 of 22 September 2003 terminating the anti-dumping proceedings concerning imports of polyester textured filament yarn (PTY) originating in Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia article 2 CELEX: 32003R1671 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
