1. Member States shall ensure that guidelines, if they do not already exist, are adopted by 19 December 2011, in order to support the competent entities in the application of this Directive. 2. Member States shall communicate these guidelines to the Commission within three months of their adoption or amendment. 3. The Commission shall make them available on a public website. |
