Reporting to EBA
1. Resolution authorities shall inform EBA of the minimum requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities set in accordance with Article 45e or Article 45f, including decisions taken pursuant to Article 45f(1), fourth subparagraph, for each entity under their jurisdiction.
2. EBA shall develop draft implementing technical standards to specify uniform reporting templates, instructions and methodology on how to use those templates, frequency and dates of reporting, definitions and IT solutions for the identification and transmission of information by resolution authorities, in coordination with competent authorities, to EBA for the purposes of paragraph 1. EBA shall submit those draft implementing technical standards to the Commission by 28 June 2020. Power is conferred on the Commission to ad0opt the implementing technical standards referred to in the first subparagraph in accordance with Article 15 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010.
