1. The members of the Chips Joint Undertaking ◄ shall be: (a) the public authorities consisting of: (i) the Union, represented by the Commission; (ii) the following participating states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden; (b) the private members consisting of the following industrial associations: the AENEAS Association registered under French law; the Inside Industry Association (INSIDE) registered under Dutch law; the EPoSS e.V. Association registered under German law. 2. Each participating state shall appoint its representatives in the bodies of the Chips Joint Undertaking ◄ and shall designate the national entity or entities responsible for fulfilling its obligations with respect to the activities of the Chips Joint Undertaking ◄ . |
