Council Regulation (EC) No 2533/98 of 23 November 1998 concerning the collection of statistical information by the European Central Bank article 9 CELEX: 01998R2533-20150308 Final provisions
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
Article 5, Article 6(4) and Article 8(9) shall apply from the date of entry into force of this Regulation. The remaining Articles shall apply from 1 January 1999.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
