1. With regard to implementing acts referred to in Article 16(2) of this Regulation, which concern the specific objective referred to in Article 3(2)(b) of this Regulation, the Commission shall be assisted by a committee. That committee shall be a committee within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011. 2. With regard to implementing acts referred to in Article 16(3) of this Regulation, which concern the specific objective referred to in Article 3(2)(d)(i) of this Regulation, the Commission shall be assisted by a committee. That committee shall be a committee within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011. 3. With regard to implementing acts referred to in Article 12(5), second subparagraph and in Article 16(4) of this Regulation, which concern the specific objective referred to in Article 3(2)(e) of this Regulation, the Commission shall be assisted by the Standing Committee on Plants, Animals, Food and Feed. That committee shall be a committee within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011. 4. Where reference is made to this paragraph, Article 4 of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 shall apply. |

Where the opinion of the committee is to be obtained by written procedure, that procedure shall be terminated without result when, within the time-limit for delivery of the opinion, the chair of the committee so decides or a simple majority of committee members so requests. |
