By way of derogation from the rules on the eligibility of expenditure laid down in Article 18 of Regulation (EU) No 514/2014, in particular as regards the lump sums and flat rates, the lump sums allocated to the Member States for resettlement and/or the transfer of applicants for international protection or of beneficiaries of international protection ◄ from one Member State to another pursuant to this Regulation shall be: (a) exempt from the obligation that they are to be based on statistical or historic data; and
(b) granted provided that the person in respect of whom the lump sum is allocated was effectively resettled and/or transferred in accordance with this Regulation. |
