Coordination with Directive 2010/75/EU Member States shall take the necessary measures to ensure that, where installations carry out activities that are included in Annex I to Directive 2010/75/EU, the conditions and procedure for the issue of a greenhouse gas emissions permit are coordinated with those for the issue of a permit provided for in that Directive. The requirements laid down in Articles 5, 6 and 7 of this Directive may be integrated into the procedures provided for in Directive 2010/75/EU. The Commission shall review the effectiveness of synergies with Directive 2010/75/EU. Environmental and climate-relevant permits shall be coordinated to ensure efficient and speedier execution of measures needed to comply with Union climate and energy objectives. The Commission may submit a report to the European Parliament and to the Council in the context of any future review of this Directive.
