1. Each Member State and the Commission shall establish a contact point for the implementation of this Regulation. Member States and the Commission shall involve those contact points on all issues relating to the implementation of this Regulation. 2. A secure and encrypted system shall be provided by the Commission to support direct cooperation and exchange of information between the contact points. |
