1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the fifth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. 2. This Regulation shall cease to apply on the day following that on which the period of application of temporary protection in respect of displaced persons from Ukraine, as referred to in Article 4 of Directive 2001/55/EC, comes to an end, in accordance with Article 6 of that Directive. |
