Council Regulation (EEC) No 223/85 of 29 January 1985 on the conclusion of the Agreement on fisheries between the European Economic Community, on the one hand, and the Government of Denmark and the local Government of Greenland, on the other article 15 CELEX: 31985R0223 This Agreement shall be concluded for a period of 10 years running from the date of its entry into force. Should the Agreement not be terminated by either Party through notice of termination given at least nine months before the date of expiry of the 10-year period, it shall remain in force for additional periods of six years, provided that notice of termination has not been given at least nine months prior to the expiry of each period. |
