1. Any processing of personal data pursuant to this Regulation shall be carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 and only in so far as it is necessary for the screening of foreign direct investments by Member States and for ensuring the effectiveness of the cooperation provided for in this Regulation. 2. Personal data related to the implementation of this Regulation shall be kept only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. |
