1. Third countries and international organisations may have access to GOVSATCOM services provided that: (a) they conclude an agreement, in accordance with Article 218 TFEU, laying down the terms and conditions for access to GOVSATCOM services; and (b) they comply with Article 43 of this Regulation. 2. Third countries and international organisations not having their headquarters in the Union may have access to SST services referred to in point (d) of Article 55(1) provided that: (a) they conclude an agreement, in accordance with Article 218 TFEU, laying down the terms and conditions for access to such SST services; and (b) they comply with Article 43 of this Regulation. 3. No agreement concluded in accordance with Article 218 TFEU shall be required to access SST services which are publicly available, as referred to in points (a), (b) and (c) of Article 55(1). Access to those services shall be subject to a request from the potential users in accordance with Article 56. |
