Council Regulation (EC) No 6/2002 of 12 December 2001 on Community designs article 98a CELEX: 02002R0006-20250501 Conferral of implementing powers regarding need and standards of translation
The Commission shall adopt implementing acts specifying: (a) the extent to which supporting documents to be used in written proceedings before the Office may be filed in any official language of the Union, and the need to supply a translation; (b) the requisite standards of translations to be filed with the Office.
Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 109(2). |
