1. Member States shall ensure the appropriate level of competence for building professionals carrying out integrated renovation works in accordance with Article 3 of, and Annex II to, this Directive and with Article 28 of Directive (EU) 2023/1791. 2. Where appropriate and feasible, Member States shall ensure that certification or equivalent qualification schemes are available for providers of integrated renovation works where this is not covered by Article 18(3) of Directive (EU) 2018/2001 or Article 28 of Directive (EU) 2023/1791. |
