1. For interregional cooperation, the entire territory of the Union, including the outermost regions, shall be supported by the ERDF. 2. Interregional cooperation programmes may cover the whole territory of third countries, partner countries and other territories, or a part thereof, or OCTs referred to in Articles 4, 5 and 7, whether or not they are supported by the external financing instruments of the Union. |
