The appropriations for advances for the financial year 2015 have been used, to a very limited extent, for the three applications which are the subject of this Decision and for which the remaining balance to be paid is EUR 14 647 288. Consequently, the full amount for the mobilisation will be financed through the reallocation of the available appropriations for advances in the general budget of the European Union for the financial year 2015, and no additional appropriations are needed. (8) In order to minimise the time taken to mobilise the Fund, this decision should apply from the date of its adoption, |
