Council Regulation (EC) No 6/2002 of 12 December 2001 on Community designs article 105 CELEX: 02002R0006-20250501 Invalidity Divisions
1. An Invalidity Division shall be responsible for taking decisions in relation to applications for declarations of invalidity of registered EU designs ◄ . 2. An Invalidity Division shall consist of three members. At least one of the members must be legally qualified. 3. Decisions relating to costs or to procedures shall be taken by a single member of the Invalidity Division. |
