Council Regulation (EC) No 338/97 of 9 December 1996 on the protection of species of wild fauna and flora by regulating trade therein article 22 CELEX: 01997R0338-20230520 This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
It shall apply from 1 June 1997.
Articles 12, 13, 14 (3), 116, 17, 18, 19 and 21(3) shall apply from the date of entry into force of this Regulation. |
