The Community scheme of generalised tariff preferences (hereinafter referred to as ‘the scheme’) shall, from the date of entry into force of this Regulation until 31 December 2008, apply in accordance with this Regulation. 2. This Regulation provides for: (a) a general arrangement, (b) a special incentive arrangement for sustainable development and good governance, (c) a special arrangement for least developed countries. |
