This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 January 2013.
However, Article 8 shall apply from 1 February 2013.
The provisions on fishing opportunities set out in Articles 19, 20 and 21 and Annexes IE and V for the CCAMLR Convention Area shall apply from the dates specified therein. |
