1. Any information related to the advertising, promotion and sale of products to which persons established in the Union have access that contravenes the protection of geographical indications provided for in Articles 40 and 41 of this Regulation shall be considered to be illegal content within the meaning of Article 3, point (h), of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065. 2. Relevant national judicial or administrative authorities of the Member States may, in accordance with Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, issue an order to act against one or more specific items of illegal content, as referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article. |
