1. The revenue generated by the Programme’s components shall be paid into the Union budget and used to finance the component which generated the revenue. 2. The Member States may endow a component of the Programme with an additional financial contribution to cover additional elements, on condition that such additional elements do not create any financial or technical burden or any delay for the component concerned. The Commission shall, by means of implementing acts, decide whether those conditions have been met. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 107(3). 3. The additional financial contribution referred to in this Article shall be treated as external assigned revenue in accordance with Article 21(2) of the Financial Regulation. |
