1. The Commission may adopt implementing acts laying down rules concerning: (a) the form of the product specification; (b) the definition of the format and the online presentation of the single document referred to in Article 95; (c) the exclusion or anonymisation of personal data. 2. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 88(2) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1143. |
