Council Regulation (EC) No 2965/94 of 28 November 1994 setting up a Translation Centre for bodies of the European Union article 4 CELEX: 01994R2965-20031001 1. The Centre shall have a Management Board consisting of: (a) a representative from each of the agencies and offices listed in Article 2 (1); any arrangement referred to in Article 2 (2) may envisage a representation of the agency or office party to that arrangement; (b) a representative from each of the Member States of the European Union; (c) two representatives from the Commission; and
(d) one representative each from the institutions and bodies which have their own translation services but have concluded agreements with the Centre for collaboration on a voluntary basis. 2. Alternates for the representatives mentioned in paragraph 1 shall be appointed to replace the representatives in their absence. 3. The Management Board shall be chaired by one of the Commission representatives. |
