Exchange of security-relevant information before a transfer is carried out For the purpose of applying Article 41, where the transferring Member State is in possession of information that indicates that there are reasonable grounds to consider the applicant or another person as referred to in Article 36(1), point (b) or (c), a danger to national security or public order in a Member State, the competent authorities of that Member State shall indicate the existence of such information to the Member State responsible. The information shall be shared between the law enforcement authorities or other competent authorities of those Member States through the appropriate channels for such information exchange.
