Regulation (EU) No 1217/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2012 on the allocation of tariff-rate quotas applying to exports of wood from the Russian Federation to the European Union article 2 CELEX: 32012R1217 1. The Commission shall be assisted by the Wood Committee established by Article 5 of Decision 2012/105/EU. That committee shall be a committee within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011. The Wood Committee may examine any matter relating to the application of the Agreement and the Protocol, raised by the Commission or at the request of a Member State. 2. Where reference is made to this paragraph, Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 shall apply. |
