1. The Programme shall be implemented under direct management in accordance with the Financial Regulation or under indirect management with bodies referred to in point (c) of the first subparagraph of Article 62(1) of the Financial Regulation. 2. The Programme may provide funding in any of the forms laid down in the Financial Regulation, in particular grants, prizes and procurement. It may also provide financing in the form of financial instruments within blending operations. 3. Where the Copernicus budget is implemented under indirect management, the procurement rules of the entities entrusted with budget implementation tasks may apply to the extent allowed under Articles 62 and 154 of the Financial Regulation. Specific adjustments necessary to those procurement rules shall be defined in the relevant contribution agreements. |
