At the date of signature of the agreement the following products shall be subject to the treatment laid down in Article 1: Swiss Customs Tariff heading No Description 2707. Oils and other products of the distillation of high temperature coal tar; similar products as defined in Note 2 to Chapter 27:

Petroleum oils and oils obtained from bituminous minerals, crude: 10 — for motors 20 — for other purposes 2710. Petroleum oils and oils obtained from bituminous minerals, other than crude; preparations not elsewhere specified or included, containing not less than 70 % by weight of petroleum oils or of oils obtained from bituminous minerals, these oils being the basic constituents of the preparations:
