1. The Commission shall provide each financial actor with the resources required to perform his or her duties and a charter describing in detail his or her tasks, rights, and obligations. 2. Article 64 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 on the segregation of duties shall apply. 3. Chapter IV of Title IV of Part One of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 concerning the liability of the financial actors shall apply mutatis mutandis. |
