1. Financial undertakings referred to in Article 6(1) may distribute PEPPs which they have manufactured. They may also distribute PEPPs which they have not manufactured provided they comply with the relevant sectorial law in accordance with which they may distribute products which they have not manufactured. 2. Insurance intermediaries registered in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/97 and investment firms authorised in accordance with Directive 2014/65/EU for the provision of investment advice as defined in point 4 of Article 4(1) of Directive 2014/65/EU may distribute PEPPs which they have not manufactured. |
