Council Regulation (EC) No 2965/94 of 28 November 1994 setting up a Translation Centre for bodies of the European Union article 8 CELEX: 01994R2965-20031001 1. The Management Board shall adopt the Centre's annual work programme on the basis of a draft prepared by the Director. 2. The programme may be adapted during the year by the procedure referred to in paragraph 1. 3. The Management Board shall adopt the annual report on the Centre's activities and transmit it by 15 June at the latest to the European Parliament, the Council, the Commission, the Court of Auditors and the bodies referred to in Article 2. 4. The Centre shall forward annually to the budgetary authority any information relevant to the outcome of the evaluation procedures. |
