1. The Commission shall, when appropriate, by means of implementing acts, establish uniform rules on the identification code referred to in Articles 10(3) and 11(2). Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 145(2). 2. The Commission shall, by means of implementing acts, adopt a list of the abbreviations and pictograms common throughout the Union to be used for the purposes of Articles 10(2) and 11(3). Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 145(2). 3. The Commission shall, by means of implementing acts, provide uniform rules on the size of small immediate packaging units referred to in Article 12. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 145(2). |
