1. PEPP providers may provide and PEPP distributors may distribute PEPPs within the territory of a host Member State under the freedom to provide services or the freedom of establishment, provided they do so in compliance with the relevant rules and procedures established by or under the Union law applicable to them referred to in points (a), (b), (d) and (e) of Article 6(1) or in Article 10(2) and after notifying their intention to open a sub-account for this host Member State in accordance with Article 21. 2. PEPP providers as referred to in points (c) and (f) of Article 6(1) shall comply with the rules set out in Article 15. |
