1. The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 37 concerning amendments to Annexes III, IV and VIII. 2. The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 37 to supplement this Regulation by adding in Annex XI, part B, categories of persons undertaking essential travel. 3. Where, in duly justified cases, regarding the nature of the large-scale public health emergency, imperative grounds of urgency so require, the procedure provided for in Article 37a shall apply to delegated acts adopted pursuant to paragraph 2 of this Article. |
