1. The accounting officer of the Commission shall be the accounting officer of the EDF. 2. Article 68, with the exception of the second subparagraph of its paragraph 1, and Article 69 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 concerning, respectively, powers and duties of the accounting officer, and powers which may be delegated by the accounting officer, shall apply. Article 54 and Article 57(3), the second subparagraph of Article 58(5), and Article 58(6) of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1268/2012 shall not apply. |
