1. If the Commission considers that a settlement of a dispute concerning treatment exclusively afforded by the Union would be in the interests of the Union, it may adopt an implementing act to approve the settlement. That implementing act shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 22(3). 2. Should a settlement potentially involve action other than the payment of a monetary sum, the relevant procedures for such action shall apply. |
