The Commission shall specify, by means of implementing acts, the procedural rules on: (a) the destruction of goods, referred to in Article 197; (b) the sale of goods, referred to in Article 198(1); (c) abandonment of goods to the State in accordance with Article 199.
Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 285(4). |
