1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. 2. This Regulation shall apply from 3 January 2009, with the exception of Articles 10(1) and 12 which shall apply from 2 July 2007. 3. The amendments or implementing measures referred to in Article 5(3) and Article 14(6) shall be adopted by 2 July 2008. |
