Council Regulation (EEC) No 625/83 of 15 March 1983 establishing specific measures of Community interest relating to energy strategy article 11 CELEX: 31983R0625 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
