1. The coordinator shall be a person eligible under the law of a Member State to act as an insolvency practitioner. 2. The coordinator shall not be one of the insolvency practitioners appointed to act in respect of any of the group members, and shall have no conflict of interest in respect of the group members, their creditors and the insolvency practitioners appointed in respect of any of the group members. |
