Council Regulation (EEC) No 4055/86 of 22 December 1986 applying the principle of freedom to provide services to maritime transport between Member States and between Member States and third countries article 12 CELEX: 01986R4055-19901217 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
It shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
