The Committee referred to in Article 30 may consider any matter relating to the application of this Regulation raised by the Commission or at the request of a Member State. 2. The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 31 concerning the measures required to adapt Annexes III to VI where problems are detected as regards their effective functioning. |
